We sell custom-cut beef, on the whole, half, or quarter side. Buying local beef is part of the slow food movement, a grassroots movement that recognizes the need to preserve local artisan food cultures and traditions. One family raises the high-quality beef and one butcher prepares your custom order. No factory farming here! Buying in bulk also saves money overall because you are getting a variety of premium cuts of beef, including an assortment of steaks: Rib Steak, Filet Mignon, T-bone, and Top Sirloin. Roasts: Chuck, rib, and round; and the hamburger is melt in your mouth delicious.
The price is averaged and seasonally based. Usually about $4.75 per pound including butcher’s meat preparation fees. They are raised and prepared following USDA guidelines.
